Agenda function
(overview of appointments and tasks requiring completion, birthdays, etc.) as a ”to-do” list
At-a-glance view of tasks, appointments and events for the current day – different to a normal calendar view, these are shown as a ”to-do” list. This means that you can complete your tasks in a purposeful way and you will never forget an appointment.
Create and transfer individual client profiles
You can configure your profile individually and also store it centrally on the server. This allows you to transfer a saved profile to any other workstation.
This is ideal for open-plan offices, as it reduces the outlay for configuring a workstation to a minimum.
Workstation mode
One for all! With the CTI-plus package’s workstation mode, multiple employees can share a single workstation. Nevertheless, the workstation remains personal to each employee. Each person using the workstation can use their own client profile. This is the perfect solution for offering part-time employees or shift workers the best working conditions. Data that would previously have been stored locally is now stored centrally on the server. This increases data security to a new peak.
