TK-Suite Professional – The Communication Centre for the AGFEO Telephone System
With the communication pack TK-Suite Professional the Bielefeld phone system manufacturer delivers a HTML based software which enables access to all essential system functions.
The communication-software TK-Suite Professional contains the following components:
TK-Suite Client 4.0: to access system settings such as system phone button programming, call cost, central phone book and the new functions: Reconciliation of phone book 2.0, registration of clients to individual TK-Suite severs, programmable chat function, favourites, display of do not disturb and call waiting functions. An optional chargeable AGFEO database interface will make it possible to connect the TK-Suite
Client with various accounts- and stock control packages.
TK-Suite Contact: The status monitor will display selected extensions to show if these are busy or not. The display of extensions will be world wide if the system is connected to other AGFEO Telephone Systems via an IP connection.
TK-Suite Bill: Overview, control call cost of all outgoing telephone calls, which can be sorted to users requirements.
TK-Suite Set: Access and settings of the telephone system functions.
TK-Suite Options: In addition to the above listed components the following chargeable options are available:
1. CTI-Plus Pack: Dialling directly from the status display of a separated (world wide) telephone system, do not disturb and setting of call waiting function are switchable via the client, status
display of trunk lines, line buttons with direct selection via client.
2. Interface Client Pack: Access to LDAP, Outlook or ODBC data sources.
3. Data Access Point for CRM Systems
4. Hotel Client: Call cost, limitation of call charges, wake up function, room status.
