queries to our Hotline have been increasing recently, we would like to point out once again here:
Existing AGFEO telecommunications systems without the CLIP function cannot be upgraded to it by means of a software update !
Specific (hardware) components are needed to convert the incoming digital information onto the analog ports. Due to a lack of slot capacity, this hardware cannot be fitted as an add-on either.
The following systems include the CLIP feature:
AC14 Phonie, AC14 WEB Phonie, AC14 WEB Phonie Plus,
AS 140/141 Plus, AS 190/191 Plus,
AS 40 (on T-modules 407 and other T-modules 408).
* CLIP function: Calling Line Identification Presentation, with caller's number including date and time, on analog terminals which support the function.
